What Is The Cycle of Change?

A Feeling of Discontent

You grow increasingly unhappy and discontent with an area of your life. You “hang in there,” and tolerate it, ignore, repress, or otherwise deal with the circumstance because it is comfortable and familiar, and you fear change.

You Reach a Breaking Point

Eventually your level of discontent builds high enough that you cannot take it anymore. You reach a “breaking point,” either through exhaustion or due to a dramatic event occurring that triggers the break.

You Make a Descision

You decide you’re ready to change and declare that you will no longer tolerate the undesirable situation. You take the first step toward change, giving you a short-lived sense of hope.

You Feel The Old Fear of Change

Usually, shortly after your feelings of empowerment, you encounter your fears. You become uncomfortable and anxious about the idea of changing. You rationalize why it may be too difficult to change. You may feel helpless, confused, stuck.

You Are Protected By Temporary Amnesia

The fear of change grows strong enough that it makes the original situation look not so bad after all. You perceive the  situation as less anxiety-producing than the change. You’re used to it; it’s comfortable; it’s familiar. Plus, it has become part of your identity, so you resist letting it go. You temporarily forget why you wanted to change it so badly

Backtracking Brings Relief

At this stage most people choose to go just accept the situation they had wished to change. Staying “with it” is safer than the horrible anxiety that comes with change.

– True transformation often begins when you recognize that continuing down the same path will only lead to more frustration, stress, or dissatisfaction. Do you feel that you are truly ready for change?

2. Am I tired of repeating the same cycles, and am I ready to take responsibility for shifting them?
– Recognizing patterns is one thing, but committing to breaking them is another. Do you feel ready to take full responsibility for your life and the choices that will lead to your breakthrough?

3. Am I willing to invest money, time, and effort into my growth, even if it gets uncomfortable?
– Real change isn’t instant, it takes consistency, discipline, and trust in the process. Are you willing to commit, even when the road feels uncertain or difficult?

4. Do I believe that there is something more for me, even if I can’t yet see the path?
– A deep inner knowing that more is possible is often the spark that fuels transformation. Do you feel a pull toward something greater, even if you’re unsure of how to get there?

5. Am I open to receiving support, guidance, and accountability from someone who sees my higher potential and will support me until I reach my desired outcome?

This is a call to meet and discover how we will begin the actual journey of your transformation. You can ask important questions and get a sense of who I am. Before the call,  get prepared to take the next step. It is here that we will coordinate available times and make our scheduled appointments.

Reach Your Goals

Attaining your goals starts with the first step. Making the commitment to start is reaching your first goal. There will be goals to reach each week in a pace that is comfortable for you. The long term transformation is a process of enjoying experiencing yourself changing one session at a time.

4 Session Coaching Package

This includes:

  • 4 Sessions for 1 1/2 hours each.
  • Two – 1 on 1 Zoom calls per week for 4 weeks or what best fits into your schedule.
  • It also requires in addition, at least one to two hours of your time each week to reflect and record your inner and outer processes that will lead to your transformation and set you on a new path to achieve your goals and desires.

8 Session Coaching Package ($200 savings)

This includes:

  • 8 Sessions for 1 1/2 hours each.
  • Two – 1 on 1 Zoom calls per week for 4 weeks or what best fits into your schedule.
